Western Cape wants to increase vaccine-demand among residents

The Western Cape Head of Health, Dr. Keith Cloete says the province will now change its strategy to focus on creating an increased demand for vaccines among residents.

Cloete says with the recent vaccine constraints that are now something of the past, the uptake of vaccines among residents have started showing a decline.

He says it is hoped to soon increase the province’s vaccination-rate to more than 200,000 injections per day.
