Cape Town emergency services say four children (2 boys & 2 girls) escaped from a fire which claimed the lives of two adults in Highgate, near Silversands, last night. Firefighting services were called to the scene around 8pm last night. Firefighters discovered the bodies of two adults after the fire was extinguished.
