Judge Norman Davis says he will announce his ruling, on whether Matriculants will have to re-write two of their examinations, later today. Davis yesterday said he hopes to deliver the ruling at 14h00 this afternoon. The Department of Basic Education recently announced that Grade 12s will have to rewrite their Mathematics paper 2 and Physical Science paper 2 exams, later this month.
