Police Minister Bheki Cele is in Cape Town today, to kick off the Western Cape-leg of his Safer Festive Season Inspection Tour. Cele’s visit forms part of efforts by the South African Police Service, to tighten the grip on crime this festive season. The National Commissioner of Police, General Khehla Sitole, and the Provincial Commissioner of the Western Cape, Lt. General Yolisa Matakata, will join Cele at the event today.
