The Democratic Alliance in Gauteng has called on the Gauteng MEC for Community Safety, Faith Mazibuko, to increase police visibility on all major Gauteng roads, after the most recent attack on two trucks, near Daveyton. The DA says this morning’s petrol-bombing of the two trucks, is a clear indication that this is no longer just a random incident, but a clearly coordinated campaign on the industry. Last week alone, 20 trucks were petrol-bombed on the N3, the R103, the R23 and the R550.
