The Department of Basic Education says the donation of hand-sanitizer it received, will be distributed to schools across the country.
The Department said this will help it fight the spread of covid-19.
Minister Angie Motshekga yesterday received the donation from Sasol Energy and Chemical and Onderstepoort Biological Products.
Media Liaison Officer at the Department, Terence Khala, says the donation amounts to aorund 90000 litres of sanitizer.
