50 Interns Graduate from W.W.F.’s Graduate Internship Programme

Published on

The South African-wing of the Worldwide Fund for Nature says its Graduate Internship Programme helps address the skills-shortage experienced in South Africa’s conservation and environmental management sectors.

The programme, launched 10 years ago, provides graduates with practical work experience over a one-year period, helping them gain valuable career-specific, workplace-based training.

Senior Manager: Environmental Leaders Programme at WWF-SA, Glenda Raven, says up to 82 percent of trainees find full-time employment, within 3 months of completing the programme.
