The third part of the report of the Zondo commission of inquiry into state capture will be handed over to Pres. Cyril Ramaphosa today.

However, in terms of a new court order, this is not the last and final report as initially planned. The High Court in Pretoria last week granted the commission’s application for an extension of its work for 2 months until the end of April. Ramaphosa’s application to be granted a 4-month extension to respond to the findings and recommendations in the report was also granted.
