The body of a newborn baby has been found dumped in broad daylight in a busy street in the city centre.

According to eyewitnesses, the occupants of a white Polo dropped the baby off, in front of 90 Plein Street near Parliament and drove away. A passerby found the baby shortly after 9 am. Concealment of the birth case was registered for investigation.
