After finding out that you can use a potato to take away the squeak of your wiper blades, Lindy and Bobby decided to find the best Life Hacks in Cape Town for you to try this weekend.
1. Foggy car headlights? Try toothpaste
Apparently, it works like a charm when you polish off the toothpaste. Thanks for the suggestion Willie!
2. Using a matchbox to file off rough edges on your nails/fingers
Adele got in touch and let us know about this if you don’t have a nail file lying around. Bobby likes to call it a MANicure. Just don’t light your finger.
3. Dirty microwave? Try a cup of lemon juice for 3 minutes
If your microwave is dirty – squeeze some lemon in a cup of water and microwave it for 3 minutes. After that just give it a wipe with paper towels.
4. Shaving cream may just work for a dirty mirror

5. Save some space in your kitchen cupboards
Jenny sent us an idea to save some space in the kitchen cupboards because it can get quite bulky when you pack your pots away – put those stick on hooks on the inner part of your cupboard door for the lids of the pots.
