Today would have been Betty White’s 100th birthday. The legendary actor, whose career spanned over half a century, passed away peacefully at home on the 3rd of January. While she didn’t make it to a century Smile Breakfast, along with all her adoring fans, celebrate her 100th birthday and all the joy she brought into our lives. Most of us will remember her as Rose Nylund in The Golden Girls.

South Africa has a connection to The Golden Girls and Betty White in the form of actor Marius Weyers who had a brief appearance on the sitcom. He spoke to Bobby and Lindy this morning about Betty’s bright personality, comedic timing, and an on camera kiss that he remembers fondly.
