One of the World’s most-complex networks of radio telescopes had been given the go-ahead to be built here in South Africa.
This after a meeting of Square Kilometre Array Observatory member-states where the green-light had been given for the development of the Square Kilometre Array telescope-project in South Africa and Australia.
Spokesperson at the SA Astronomical Observatory, Khulu Phasiwe says, once completed, the project will provide the latest & most-advanced space research facilities.
