Irish actress Maria Doyle Kennedy on playing Tannie Maria

Maria Doyle Kennedy has an illustrious career spanning more than 30 years in music and film. As an actor she can boast with a variety of roles in Outlander, Orphan Black and The Tudors. Now she gets to strut her stuff in the Karoo as Tannie Maria in M-Net’s “Recipes for Love and Murder” – an on screen adaptation from the Sally Andrew book series.

Ryan spoke to Maria about her career, her time spent in South Africa, and her plans to visit our shores again.
