Bishop Lavis Police release Identikit of alleged baby kidnapping suspect

The Bishop Lavis Family Violence Child Abuse Sexual Offences Unit has released an identikit of the suspect who they believe is involved in the kidnapping of a two month old baby on Saturday 30 April, at a retail store in Bishop Lavis.

The child’s mother says a woman offered to hold her baby, while she paid for a few items, but when she looked up they were gone.

Anyone with any information or who can identify the person in the identikit is kindly requested to contact the investigation officer, Detective Sergeant Thembisa Buqa on 073 519 3384 or Crime Stop on 08600 10111.
