Athlone Stadium pitch-readiness with flying colours ahead CAF match

The City of Cape Town says the Athlone Stadium has passed its pitch-readiness inspection with flying colours. Mayco member for Economic Opportunities, James Vos this week paid the stadium a visit, after it was given the go-ahead to host an upcoming CAF Champion’s League match. Soccer fans from across Africa will descend on it this weekend.
