Alleged Parliament arsonist back in court

Almost 6 months after being arrested and accused of starting the fire at Parliament earlier this year, Zandile Christmas Mafe is still fighting to be let out on bail. The Western Cape High Court has cleared the deck again so he can be accommodated with a re-hearing of his bail appeal, set for today. In April, Judge James Lekhuleni and Judge Daniel Thulare heard his appeal for bail and reserved judgment.
