The case against 4 people accused of fraud and corruption between private contractor Bosasa and the Department of Correctional Services has been postponed until January next year.

Former Correctional Services Commissioner Linda Mti, its former chief financial officer Patrick Gillingham and former Bosasa chief financial officer Andries van Tonder yesterday appeared in the Pretoria Commercial Crimes Court. But Former Bosasa chief operations officer Angelo Agrizzi was still not well enough to appear in court, in connection with the matter, involving tenders to the department to the value of R1.8 billion.
