The Special Investigating Unit report into the Digital Vibes scandal also reveals that the company failed to pay its taxes.

The report, released by President Cyril Ramaphosa earlier today, detailed how Digital Vibes was unlawfully awarded a R150-million contract by the Department of Health.

Investigations revealed the company failed to declare and pay company-tax and the required VAT to the South African Revenue Service.
