Progress in Covid-19 vaccination drive as 7.7% of SA adults now fully vaccinated

The Bhekisisa Centre for Health Journalism has become the go-to source for all things Covid-19, including all the latest vaccination statistics.

They report that nationally, 7.7% of adults are now fully vaccinated and 11.7% have received 1 Pfizer jab. Limpopo has become the first province to fully vaccinate more than 10% of adults. This while the Eastern Cape and Western Cape has given the first Pfizer dose to 15% of adults.

The spreadsheet below shows exactly how the province’s are doing as at 2 August 2021:
