Mulled Wine
Making mulled wine is really easy: combine a bottle of red wine with some spices like cloves and cinnamon, honey and brandy. Add in some orange slices. Put it all in a pot and simmer for 10 minutes. It is the perfect drink to sip on when it rains and pours.
Salted Caramel Espresso Martini
It’s a drink. It’s a dessert. All in one. If you love espresso martinis and have a sweet tooth, this twist is the perfect start to a toasty evening. Add vodka, coffee liqueur, caramel syrup.

Baked Apple Margarita
Put a boozy twist on this classic dessert. Simmer apple purée (sauce) with water, nutmeg, cinnamon and vanilla. Strain, and combine the apple syrup with agave, lime juice and tequila. Finish off your drink with fresh rosemary and some apple slices for an extra special touch.
Spiked Hot Chocolate
It’s all in the name: regular hot chocolate spiked with alcohol. People often use bourbon or rum, but essentially, use something that pairs with chocolate. Combine dark cocoa powder with milk, sugar, vanilla and cinnamon in a pot. Bring it to a slight simmer, and melt in semi sweet chocolate chips. Pour into a mug and spike with liquor. A rich, creamy cocktail to share with friends and family.

Cranberry Orange Whiskey Cocktail
Nothing screams winter comfort quite like this boozy drink. The balance between sweet, spice and sour is heavenly. Add cranberry juice, lemon and orange juice, whiskey and simple syrup to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds, strain and top off with ginger beer and some fresh thyme.
Spiked Pumpkin Spiced Latte
Channel your inner beverage girlie with this fall-flavoured favourite. Heat coconut milk, canned pumpkin and sugar until hot (do not boil). Remove from heat and add in pumpkin pie spice, vanilla, espresso coffee, dark rum and coffee liqueur. Pour into mugs and serve with whipped cream.
Classic Eggnog
Eggnog is something people either love or despise! Rich, creamy and (frankly) egg-y. Start by beating egg yolks with sugar until light and fluffy. Slowly whisk in hot milk infused with cloves and cinnamon. Essentially making a custard. Put the mixture back on the heat until it thickens. Remove from the stove top and add in cream and pass through a mesh strainer. Add in nutmeg, vanilla and your choice of booze: rum, bourbon or whiskey or brandy.
